Zaitoon Fee Policy
Parents are responsible for paying school fees regularly. All parents are advised to adhere to the Zaitoon Fee Policy:

Admission and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Monthly tuition fees must be paid by the 7th of each month.
A penalty of Tk 50 per day will be applied if the tuition fee is not paid by the 10th of the month.
If parents fail to pay fees for two consecutive months or are consistently late, Zaitoon Academy reserves the right to cancel their child’s admission.
Students will not be allowed to sit for exams unless all fees and dues are paid prior to the exam dates.
A 3-5% inflation charge will be added to the current tuition fee annually without prior notice.
If a parent wishes to cancel admission, they must pay the full tuition fee for the current term.
Tuition fees for November and December must be paid by the 10th of November each academic session.
No deductions will be made for vacations or periods of absence.
Tuition fees can be paid in cash or via bank transfer.

ZAITOON FEES PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The parents are requested to adhere to the rules and regulations laid down below for fee collection:

Date of payment means Actual date of Realization in the Bank Account of the School; parents should deposit payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Cellfin, I Banking and Cash before time to avoid late fine and/or Penalty.
